Free delivery available subject to your order value.
Orders received before 2pm and in stock are normally despatched the same day and often delivered the next working day.
Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles

We ship to most countries and carriage is quoted as extra. Please contact our international team for further information.
Hazardous Chemical Delivery Surcharge
Certain chemicals require ADR transport and these are marked “Surcharge” in the catalogue. Any order with one of these chemicals will have a carriage surcharge added per order, not per chemical.

Other Carriage Charges
Certain products are subject to an additional carriage charge. We also reserve the right to charge carriage and packing for certain larger products, which may be delivered direct from the manufacturer.
General Terms
When accepting deliveries by carrier or our own transport please check you sign for the correct number of boxes as discrepancies cannot be resolved afterwards.
We can only supply chemicals to trade users and professionals and only on receipt of official orders.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, and VAT will be chargeable unless you can provide VAT exemption documentation before placing the order. Whilst every effort is made to hold prices and this is normally for the life of a published catalogue we reserve the right to change prices without notice due to exchange rate or supplier price increases.
All orders are supplied subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, and these are available on the website and on request.
Holidays
When placing orders before school holidays or shutdown periods please let us know whether you are able to receive deliveries during the closed or shutdown periods. We always assume you are open unless you advise us. Rejected deliveries may incur an extra delivery charge.
Returns
Please contact our Customer Services team prior to returning goods. Goods returned by the customer without prior authorisation will not be credited. Please provide us with the following information:
- Customer name and address, account number, contact name and telephone number
- Reason for return of goods
Goods ordered in error or goods returned in a damaged state will be subject to a re-stocking charge as stated below and a credit is only given at our discretion. Please note that such goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense. If a carrier has to be arranged for collection a minimum charge of £20.00 will be applied. All goods are to be returned with their original packaging and labelling, if appropriate.
Computer software and consumables (CD-Roms and DVDs etc.) can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals are intact.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on certain products that are made to order or bought in specifically at your request, assembled prior to delivery, or assembled and installed unless they are faulty.
